Itinerary

First Day – We are visiting an orphanage in the capital of Sierra Leone (Freetown)

Second Day – We are going to a cemetery in Old Wharf where our old headmaster is buried following a fatal shooting during the civil war. We will also be visiting our sister school of St. Joseph’s to meet the students.

Third Day – We are working with students and teachers in St. Joseph’s.

Fourth Day – We are visiting the city of Makeni for a football match against the students from St. Joseph’s.

Fifth Day – Mass at the Cathedral and meeting the Christian Brothers.

Sixth Day – We are visiting the Mabureh Community School and the surrounding village in order to help teach classes.

Seventh + Eighth Day – Working with students and teachers at St. Joseph’s

Ninth Day – Working in the classrooms and heading home

Tenth Day – Arrive home and continue raising awareness of the Sierra Leonean plight
